Chartwell Holdings LLC invests in and manages multi-family communities from Georgia to New Hampshire. Despite its rapid growth and expansion, Chartwell has never lost sight of the fact that what is a business to them is “home” to thousands of residents, a concept it wanted to convey in its new branding. The new logo is based a traditional quilt form transformed into a contemporary icon. This quintessential expression of home and of community coming together is easily recognizable, adaptable for Chartwell’s individual communities and suggests a dynamic future for the company.
