Strada 234 was one of the first buildings in the Bulfinch Triangle–it used to be a bakery–to be converted to luxury residential use. The elevated Orange Line had just come down, the neighborhood was still very gritty, but it rubbed shoulders with the North End. The industrial chic positioning with an Italian twist was a no brainer.
